5. MEMBERSHIP

a. The regular membership of the corporation shall consist of all people who purchase a membership. Membership shall be annual and cost $30. This amount will not be considered a donation. Membership shall last from the time of purchase until the end of that fiscal year on August 31^st. The member will still be considered in good standing for the AGM of that fiscal year if they have not yet renewed their membership; however, they relinquish rights of membership once the AGM is over.

b. Further, any person under the age of 18 or any person enrolled in full-time formal education is eligible for membership as an associate member upon paying an annual membership fee of $5.00 to the corporation.

c. Regular members only shall be entitled to vote at all general and special meetings of the corporation, and regular members only shall be eligible for election to the Board of Directors.
